- Bent grass Tees, greens and fairways

- Most Holes have four sets of Tee's

- Yardage from back tees measuring around 6800 yards

- Roughs will be a blend of blue grass and rye grass mix

- Irrigation will be a modified double row system

- Large greens averaging around 6600 square feet

- Large practice green

- Driving range will not be available at this time

- Course will be professionally manicured

- Five ponds where 8 holes come into play

- Average number of bunkers on the course
